How to get a refund

Write to [email protected] within 14 days of paying. Send it from the email address you used at checkout, or include that address, so we can find the payment. You don’t need to give a reason.

We refund the full amount through Stripe to the card or wallet you paid with. Stripe sends it right away; your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens to the pass

A refunded pass stops unlocking clean exports: the next export checks the payment with Stripe and sees the refund. Files you already downloaded stay yours, and the editor, your chart and the free Draft PNG keep working.

Nothing to cancel

Both passes are one-time payments. The Assignment pass ($12) ends 30 days after payment and the Practice year ($39) ends 12 months after payment. Neither renews, so you will never be charged again unless you buy another pass.

Paid twice by mistake?

Write to us and we refund the extra payment, whenever you notice it.
